Ahhh Sunday, an easy day, not so much, at least I was able to sleep in a little. I went to the gym today and did some weights and a 3 miler. Then I remembered when I got home I needed to cut the lawn. Oh well, I figure the more I’m on my feet the better. It’s 2:30 pm now and today’s blog is a little late but at least it’s for some good reasons. I feel pretty good after week 1 is now completely over and I’m ready to tackle week two. I don’t know how long I can sustain dropping 5 lbs a weeks but hey as long as I lose the body fat I’m okay.
This is the first weekend I have eaten properly in quite a long time, I’m proud of that. If I can do one I can do them all like that. Here’s to week number two.
