Just finished up a great session at the gym about a half hour ago. You know it’s a good one when you get home and you sit on the couch and you don’t realize you have been staring at your socks for the last 10 minutes. Another day in the bag and I am very happy with today’s outcome. After I finished everything I sat in the gym for a minute and wondered what else I could do. To me that means to step up the intensity, even though I was pretty tired once I was done. I really pushed it to the limit today. This is really starting to become a habit. I seem to be able to workout at any point in the day, not like a while ago where if I didn’t get it done in the morning then the workout might have not come for the day. On my day off yesterday I felt somewhat bad as I didn’t do anything but rest. It’s really weird but I think it is a good weird. I’m starting to crave some fruit right about now, hopefully the strawberries in the fridge are still good, if not, and apple will definitely do the trick. there is nothing like eating something and not feeling bad after you do so. Tomorrow we get after it again.
