A test of my willpower

Today will be a test of my willpower. Last night I went back to my Colombian restaurant and had a great meal, however, Ihad been quite some time since I had been there and I think the grease was a little too much for my system. It kept me up all night long and when I sayall night, I mean all night. I remember looking at the clock at 3:23am then falling asleep until 4:54am and waking up with a headache. After that I did sleep and rest wise I feel fine but I’m still having a rough time from the food. Well I have do what I have to do, be back in a bit.

Okay, that went a lot better than I expected. It got a little tough at the end but only because the Sun came out about halfway through but by that time my by was nice and warmed up so I was in kind of a zone. Four miles out of the way today and I have to say I came real close to not going out today but I figured no one else was going to do it for me so I may as well give it a go. I’m pleased with today and the crazy thing is I get to do it again tomorrow. Hopefully I get a good nights sleep and can get it done early in the morning. Time to stretch and prepare for tomorrow, it comes so fast.

    Good job.
I had a run FAIL today, so you got me beat. Hopefully I can get two runs in tomorrow to make up the miles. It sucks to miss one, but I had a better day for other reasons, so I’m gonna let this one go without much fuss.

HEY! Remember me? Way to go with beating back the doubt and voices in the head telling you to stay in. An update from my end: have run 4 5K competitions now, getting better in each one. Ran it in 28:41 this past Saturday. Down almost 125 pounds. I’m actually going to be enjoying your wonderful Florida weather for the Thanksgiving weekend. Flying down tomorrow night, will get a run in Thanksgiving morning before spending the day with the family, then heading north to Disney for the weekend. Keep working at it man. Let me tell you, if you continue to train right, as the weight comes off, your legs will turn to steel. I’ve gotten pretty heavy into the world of running and training so if you ever want to talk shop please email me!
