Today was not a great day. I am not sure why I have the headache that I do. If I stay still it is okay but when I move it starts pounding. As I ran today it got worse and worse. I was still able to make a video and not really have it deter me much. I don’t feel very good at all right now so I am hoping this feeling goes away soon. I have a feeling I am starting to get sick. I’m working on the video now so I don’t have much to say today except that it was hell outside today. I only have weights tomorrow. I should be able to get through that, sick or not.
