Amazing, amazing, amazing. I don’t know what was in the air this morning but I just hope it is me and not my surroundings. I felt great this morning, super excellent. I can’t even explain it. While it was very routine Ibegan to wonder about three quarters of the way through the first lap why I wasn’t breathing heavier.  I felt like I was going faster than I had gone before an when I finished I stopped and I realized I caught my breath quickly. It was great, I am super happy with today. That’s it, it was a great 3 miler. Oh yea, I haven’t been to sleep since I woke up yesterday. This little flu bug has me all messed up, but I wasn’t going to let that stop me today.
