Although I am just waking up from a quick nap I do feel I have my sleep patterns back in order. I didn’t get much sleep last night but when I woke up this morning I stayed up instead of sleeping the whole day. I’m getting ready to go out for a 6 miler right now and it should be alright. It isn’t cold here at all right now and as a matter of fact i should do some serious sweating. I will continue the blog here in a few…
Yup, almost forgot. Great run today, probably my best 6 miler yet. I was pleased with how everything felt and if it continues like this the progression in mileage that is about to take place shouldn’t be too bad. It was actually pretty routine and better than I thought it would be tonight. I even finished much faster than anticipated which is excellent. not only was the run good but it was faster than ever. Alright, enough blabbing, time to prepare for tomorrow.
