With each day I get better

I had a great day at the gym today, it was one of those days where you work so hard that you feel the faint coming on. I’m guessing that happened today because i didn’t put enough calories in my system before I went though. It’s weird because I was thinking to myself as it was happening that the average person might really freak out when the room starts to go black and spin. I guess I just understood what it was and knew how to handle it accordingly. It isn’t something that I like when it happens but every now and then I rush to get to the gym and make the mistake of not eating enough. either way it was a great workout and another great start to a new week. I can feel a nap coming on so I will be fighting that because if I nap I will be up all night.

On to another subject, I know I have been losing weight but today was the first time I actually looked in the mirror and said, “wow.” I could really see the changes happening and that was a big boost for me today. I’ve been able to feel them but to actually see it was great. With each day I get better. The feeling is amazing.

Getting to the point of almost blacking out is dangerous. I’m thinking that your fluid intake is probably not high enough. I sweat to death at the gym and have to drink twice is much to keep up. I’m constantly misjudging fluid intake. I don’t pass out, but I feel a little crappier than I should and I know I have to start downing some fluids. Try drinking a Gatorade when you’re at the gym instead of plain water. Just one plus the water should help. Check your pulse to make sure it’s not too fast or irregular. Don’t think of a near syncopal episode as a normal under control thing.

  2. That is why you are here my man! You may be right about the fluid. I don’t drink much water but I do sweat like crazy. Now that you say that when I do drink a little more there is no feeling of blacking out.
