It was a great day today! I woke up fairly early and I just relaxed until it was time to take a nap again, hahahaha! So I napped and then woke up ready for my run today, 4.5 miles. It was nice out today and I had a great run. What can I say, it was nice and routine except I feel I pushed myself a little more which made me a little more tired. But that is good isn’t it? I will relax for the rest of the evening and go catch a movie tonight then come back and prepare for 6 miles tomorrow. There is nothing like making great progress and to think this is only the beginning.
