I’m not sure when the last time I blogged was as I didn’t look. No big deal though, things are still on the right path. I figure at times maybe I will get a workout of two in before I blog as it will give me more to write about. Let’s start with my last run, at a 20% decrease it was 4.8 miles. That is perfect because each lap is .6 miles so it is 8 laps exactly. It wasn’t bad at all but at times I felt like I was fighting to move. I am sure it was just one of those days as I did it in pretty good time. My left shin went numb, it had been a while since that happened. I think I was going a little too fast for the weight I am carrying. That is just my educated guess or maybe my uneducated guess. Today was the weight room. It’s great, it makes you a whole different type of tired and it always makes you feel like you have accomplished something when you are finished, I really love it. I have been taking pictures of the food I have been eating and I have to say I have been slacking on taking these pictures the last couple of days. Why? I just don’t think about it. I will have enough food in there for the next video though and it will be pretty fun to talk about the food I eat. Wouldn’t you know after eating beans, beans, and more beans I haven’t had a bean this week. At least not that I can remember so I may be wrong.
Back to the running. My last run was at 5:45 in the morning. I like that way better than running in the evening. I will try to change them to the morning but I don’t like schedules so I try not to get to crazy with them. I should be okay though. Lastly, I am super sore tonight, I will definitely sleep well.
